    Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for the administration of our service center including working with customers, system maintenance and data entry into ERP.

    • Respond to incoming customer calls and reception.
    • Administer invoices, receiving and filing.
    • Administer warranty, credits, and vendor claims.
    • Reporting to ensure accuracy and distribution to appropriate team members.
    • Enter new orders.
    • Manage office supplies.
    • Other duties as assigned


    • High school degree or GED.
    • 2 or more years in administrative experience, preferred.
    • Strong experience in Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel, Word.
    • Strong database experience, Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.
    • Attention to detail oriented.
    • Strong organizational skills, timely, and the ability to prioritize.
