This Customer Service Representative supports our Electrical division by providing customer support by responding to inquiries, requests for quotes, answering questions on common product lines, providing updates on existing and escalated orders, processing payments and coordinating with Outside Sales and Distribution teams. The Customer Service Rep is a key role in our office.
FORCE America has been an employee owned company that manufactures and distributes value added hydraulic solutions for 60 years. We are a leader in our markets for technology and customer focus. Our Electrical manufacturing team is a team of about 40 employees and based out of Waukesha, Wisconsin. Our Electrical product line, including harnesses, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems, snow and ice controls, radio remote controls, Original Equipment Manufactures controls, and cable controls. All of the equipment we produce is intended as control systems for heavy equipment.
