    The Director of Human Resources provides strategic and tactical Human Resources leadership to FORCE America, consistent with their corporate vision, values, business strategies, and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will provide direction, guidance, counsel and training support for all Human Capital and strategic issues for FORCE America. Success will be measured by the ability to anticipate and match Human Resources capabilities to current and future need, supporting the strategic plan of the organization.


    • Lead the identification, development and implementation of broad Human Resource strategies and interventions associated with accomplishing strategic business objectives. 
    • Assist the leadership team in defining and leading the organization’s culture towards improved customer service and cost effectiveness. 
    • Develop and implement recruitment planning to address short-term and long-term staffing requirements. 
    • Provide leadership, training, counseling and support for the staffing, onboarding, performance management, and compensation systems.
    • Deliver appropriate communications within the organization and promote employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee engagement.
    • Establish budgets, metrics, and provides reports to support decision-making.
    • Lead organizational Talent Management and Succession programs. 
    • Identify and implement appropriate employee / leadership training resources. 
    • Work cooperatively in interpretation of Human Resource policies; guides corporate and field managers in handling sensitive Employee Relations’ issues.
    • Lead Human Resources team to ensure appropriate administrative and regulatory compliance.


    • Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Human Resource Management. Professional certifications, as well as graduate degree preferred. 
    • Minimum of ten years of Human Resource generalist experience demonstrating increasing responsibility, including experience in several of the following areas: staffing, employee relations, training and development, coaching, workforce alignment, acquisitions, benefits administration, performance management, and compensation.
    • Strong interpersonal skills: Superior written, listening, and verbal communication skills. The ability to identify and clearly articulate complex issues and to develop tractable plans to address complex multi-dimensional problems
    • Ability to identify problems, analyze situations, develop potential solutions, and work with a variety of personnel to reach consensus in an effective and professional manner.
    • Ability in using data and consolidating information to develop reports for effective decision-making and responses to requests for information.
    • Solid technology skills.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidence regarding all matters.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to effectively present ideas, concepts and recommendations to all levels of employees and management.
