We are currently searching for a OEM Sales Territory Manager to expand our presence in the OEM market covering North Dakota and a portion of South Dakota. This is a rewarding position that enables you based on our vast inventory to assist customers with custom hydraulic solutions. Truly you will own this market; you would facilitate the full sales cycle from initial contact to presenting solutions and follow up. For this territory, you would develop strategies, sales goals, and target accounts.

  • Increases the sales of FORCE America products through the prospecting of new customers, finding new solutions for existing customers.
  • Works collaboratively with customers and operations team, and always in the best interest of FORCE America to support customer needs.
  • Builds and maintains a consultative relationship with customers to be considered part of customer’s strategic team.
  • Utilizes the FORCE Opportunity Identification model to ensure a healthy portfolio of customers.
  • Achieves sales and gross margin goals for the territory.
  • Partners with the Regional Sales Manager in the development of sales forecast for territory.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Associate’s degree in Fluid Power or Mechatronics, bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of years of experience and education.
  • 2 years of experience with fluid power technology and the ability to build and communicate solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrated skills that reflect consultative sales ability and ability to grow sales with new and existing customers.
  • 3-5 years of consultative level OEM sales experience and a track record of sales growth in mobile fluid power preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, and a strong sales aptitude.
